Here is his HostMonster web hosting review:
I have been with hostmonster since Christmas and have been very pleased with the service and price. I am still developing my website but what I have worked on works very well with hostmonster. They have a really fast internet connection, fast servers, cpanel, and alot of other cool tools to help you with your site. They are pretty flexible and almost every service they have is unlimited.
Initially, I chose to sign on with their budget hosting from HostMonster for the basic reason that they provided the best, most complete package of any of the various services. That was their initial draw, which has held true in the time I have been with them.
I give HostMonster five stars on customer support even though I’m impatient and hard to please when it comes to talking to Customer Support Agents. When their site says “World Class Customer Support” I’m now inclined to believe it because I have found their reps to be the most knowledgeable that I’ve ever talked to and I’ve never spent much time waiting around on hold.
I’ve been extremely happy with the reliability that HostMonster’s hosting has offered me. They have fully monitered servers so if something does happen, I don’t have to worry that my sites may lose functionality (and money!) for hours at a time. In fact, since I’ve moved my hosting to HostMonster, I haven’t had any problems at all. It even seems like things are loading faster than they did with my former and more expensive hosting plan from a few months ago.
I’m very glad I came across HostMonster. It has made me actually like my hosting provider rather than consider it a necessary evil of my business. If all goes according to plan, I will be able to stick with HostMonster and my current account for a while.
