HostMonster provided impressive service right from the beginning. Our account was setup in a timely manner, and worked as advertised right from the beginning. Definitely a big step up from our previous host. Customer service is always timely and effective, although very rarely needed. In over a year of using HostMonster, I've experienced no downtime that I can recall. I was concerned I would be getting inferior service due to Influx's low cost, but that was definitely not the case. HostMonster has turned out to be excellent value for the dollar. I'd definitely recommend HostMonster to any prospective website owner.
Live help always gets the problem solved in a timely manner. Nothing else needs to be said!
I can't recall one time that our website has been down due to host error. Reliability has been 100% thus far.
When I first noticed the low price, I was skeptical. But I've been with HostMonster for over a year now and I an only say good things!
