Here is her HostMonster Review:
I personally did not need any help and have not use their customer service program yet. That is just a testament to how easy the site is to operate. I have however heard from other users that the customer help program was very efficient.
I hate it when websites have a lot of hiccups. They just hinder and delay the progress of the users. Fortunately, this website wasn't plagued by such hiccups.
When the price is compared to other web hosts they turn out to be pretty much the same. Although lowering the price a bit wouldn’t hurt and may draw more people to them.
Very easy. Just follow the instructions set and you won’t have much of a problem at all.
A well organized web host that makes browsing through it and set up easy. It gives competitive market price and excellent service. My hosting problem is gone.
